Elevating La Cultura Podcast

Elizabeth Taboada: Saying "No" to burnout and stepping into her "Do Nothing Era".

Karina Season 8 Episode 89

Today I’m chatting with Elizabeth, a Personal Injury Adjuster for an auto insurance company based out of Los Angeles, CA. She’s a Mother of one. Friend to many. Daughter, sister, and lover of all the natural things and peaceful wonders. In her spare time, she likes to explore anything and everything conventional and non conventional. She loves to exist in solitude during her favorite pastime which is long distance running. She loves to befriend people from all walks of life, drink coffee and discuss and explore ideas that aren’t first nature to her own. She enjoys cooking when she can find time for it, and loves traveling with her son by her side.

Also, my dog was snoring during our episode….so you will probably hear her little snores…don’t mind her.

Ok enjoy our conversation.

And Doors Are Open to the "Showing Up Latina - In Business" Mentorship Program

Designed exclusively for Latina business owners and leaders. Since being a business owner for 13 years now and with all the millions of pivots I’ve had to do in the past 6 years I’ve found so much value in the people who I can bounce ideas off of, vent to, and cheer me on through all the challenges.

Many of us are in this time of transition, or pivoting, and feel like we are on the cusp of something that’s about to pop off in our business If you’re a solo entrepreneur, you know the struggle of doing all the things, all the time, and trying to keep up with all the new trends when it comes to social media.

It can be overwhelming, which is getting in the way of faster growth, if you’ve been thinking “it would be great to have an accountability person, or someone to bounce ideas off of and brainstorm next steps with” I’m your person.

Alright, enjoy the rest of the day/afternoon/evening whenever you’re listening, y nos vemos next week.
