My conversation with Yesenia was so powerful and healing for me and I’m so excited to share our chat.
My first zoom meeting with her a few months ago felt like it could’ve lasted all day. I felt such a deep connection with her from the beginning. Through her community Her Revolutión she is helping people heal from past experiences, specifically issues that might stem from one’s Mother, so they can connect and have a holistic relationship with themselves. We would go DEEP in this episode. I love that these conversations are happening, and that Yesenia has this space available for conversations like these to happen, so healing can start to take place. I’ve realized that as much as I want a better future for my kids, that I need to be doing the work in my own life in order to SHOW them that change is possible and give them that foundation to keep building on.
