Her whole interview is inspiring for us who have felt disconnected or embarrassed about our culture when we were younger. I love how she shares that she has reclaimed the value of holistic wellness through ancestral practices, with the intention of sharing with others.
I know that throughout this episode I was feeling so nostalgic as she talked about some of the ancestral practices because I remember experiencing them as a kid from my tia.
