Hola! And welcome to a new month! We’re making our way cautiously through 2021. Verdad? Bueno… I’m so excited for this episode today.
We’ve all heard, “beauty is pain” and many other cliche phrases that have us diminish our own beauty. We have had to navigate from a young age such a narrow focus of what beauty is.
In this episode I chat with Veronica, a boudoir photographer. Not only is she a talented photographer, but she has cultivated an empowering community that goes beyond her business Golden Mean Boudoir.
We hit some pretty deep stuff during our episode, and some of that I didn’t know I needed. Especially now that I have kids, I’m very aware and VERY purposeful about the way I talk about myself and am always trying to empower them to be confident and proud of who they are.
I know we all struggle with our own inner critic. But when you have a community around you lifting you up and pouring into you, it’s much easier to start valuing yourself like you deserve.
