Dr. Violeta Garcia is a dynamic Executive Coach and Systems Designer with over 20 years of experience in facilitation, training, and coaching. She's dedicated to empowering women of color to unlock their potential to live powerful lives. Dr. Garcia has a strong track record of transformative impact and is a trailblazer in fostering diversity for women in high-power positions, especially in STEM fields. Her multifaceted journey includes degrees in biological sciences, a master’s in education, and a doctoral degree supported by the National Science Foundation, and a commitment to uniting communities for positive change. Outside of her world-changing endeavors, she can be found taking a stroll in nature, traveling the world, or enjoying a cup of cafecito while immersing herself in a book.
