Adriana is a queer, Latinx psychotherapist and relationship educator. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, drawing from her lived experiences as a First-Gen daughter of immigrants, she has spent over 15 years honing her skills in helping individuals, couples, and adult families navigate the intricacies of life's transitions and challenges. Adriana understands the unique impact that intergenerational gifts and traumas, and systemic oppression have on adults from diverse backgrounds, particularly those identifying as BIPOC and First-Gen. Through her inclusive and comprehensive approach to therapy, she cultivates self-compassion and empowers her clients by guiding them to understand their values. This enables them to design and create lives, careers, and relationships that are in harmony with those values and feel fulfilling and meaningful. Adriana is driven by her passion for aiding others in their journeys of self-discovery and personal growth.
